Can you tell me the price over text?
A firm price needs the roof size, material and layers. We collect those, then give a fixed written price.
What if you find rot under the roof?
Any extra work is a written, priced change order that you sign before we do it. No surprise charges.
How does payment work?
You get a fixed price and written scope first. Then 50% deposit to schedule, and 50% when the job is complete, both online.
