- About how big is the area?
- Do you have plans or drawings?
- Does it involve a load-bearing wall or beam?
Questions
Do I need plans?
For structural work, usually yes. If you do not have them yet, tell us and we will explain what is needed.
How does payment work?
You get a fixed price and written scope first. Then 50% deposit to schedule, and 50% when the job is complete, both online.
