How does pricing work?
You get a fixed price and a written scope before any work starts. If something changes, it goes in a signed change order, so you always know what you are paying.
How do I pay?
Fifty percent deposit when you sign, and fifty percent when the job is complete. Both are paid online through a secure link.
How long do jobs take?
Most repairs and installs take 1 to 5 days. Remodels like kitchens and basements are scheduled in phases, and the timeline is written into your scope before you sign. We do not take on whole-house renovations or ground-up builds.
How fast will I hear back?

What are your work hours?
Our crews work Sunday to Thursday 8am to 8pm and Friday 8am to 2pm. We are closed Saturday. Calls and texts are answered 24/7, including nights and weekends.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are a licensed home improvement contractor.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. When your job needs a permit, we handle it as part of the scope.
Which areas do you serve?
All five NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island), plus Nassau County.
Do you work in winter?
Yes. Many jobs can continue in colder months depending on the weather, and indoor and emergency work goes on all year.
What if I want something added mid-job?
We write it up as a change order with its own price. Nothing is added until you sign it.
